Ingredients
alphaH2+® MOTION is a dietary supplement that combines water, AKG (alphaketoglutaric acid), 5-HMF (5 -hydroxymethylfurfural), carnosine, vitamins C, D3, B5 and B6, calcium citrate and botanical extracts of horsetail and nettle.
Sweetener: xylitol; preservatives: natural flavor, natural color, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

Recommended dosage
alphaH2+® MOTION can be individually dosed according to your needs.
The general dosing recommendation is: Drink 20 ml mixed with approx. 100 ml water 1 x daily.
To accompany acute phases: Drink 20 ml mixed with approx. 100 ml water 2 x daily.
For intensive support, the use of MOTION FORTE is also recommended.
Preventive: Drink 10 ml mixed with approx. 100 ml water 1 x daily.
Example for use in conjunction with exercise-related therapy:
1st month: 1 x 20 ml alphaH2+® MOTION daily, supplemented with MOTION FORTE 2 x daily
2nd month: 1 x 20 ml every 2-3 days alphaH2+® MOTION, supplemented with MOTION FORTE twice daily
